Unique Women works to enrich women from various spheres of life, because we know that together, more can be achieved.

Welcome to Unique Women, a supportive community dedicated to empowering women creating full, purpose-driven lives for themselves and their families.

‘Together, more can be achieved’ is the motto that drives us.

Our founder, O.B.A. (Oyinlola Bukky Akande), directs an ‘always-on’ programme of virtual and offline events, workshops, courses designed to build members, as well as their partners and children, in faith, support, career and personal growth.

Unique Women is noted for its welcoming spirit.

Many members are based in the UK, whilst a significant number join digital events and chat forums from Africa, mainland Europe, the US and other locations.

The majority of members are recommended through personal invitations and relationships, with new faces often discovering us online.

Unique Women is a truly inclusive space where women and their families come together for growth, prayer, empowerment, and friendship.

Our members currently range from 21 to 80, which we proudly count as just one indication of how diverse and cohesive Unique Women is.

What unites members is a shared desire for spiritual growth, community, financial wisdom, and a safe environment to explore our purpose.
